This is the inside of a coco plant. I was surprised it was white. You can suck on the seed "the white stuff" I figure the inside of that is the coco. It was sweet to the taste. A mixture of strawberry and mango. 
After our canopy walk we purchased a fresh coconut. A man cut it so we could drink the sweet water. It was sweet yet not refreshing...

It is just me or do the white pods in the coco picture look like little mice - it took me forever to get over it!!
