  • Its a family day!
  • Yummy Food!
  • Sitting on the grass watching Fire Works!
  • A sense of community no matter where you go!
  • Hearing Bands Play
  • Giggles from children
  • Love for our Nation!

  • Grandparents waving Our Flag
  • Reverence show for those who have served our country to preserve our freedom

OUR FREEDOM! How blessed we are to live in a free nation. For the freedom our children have to be whatever they want to be when they grow up.

God Bless America. I got rained on in a sun shower waiting for fireworks but the silver lining was watching the double rainbow while getting soaked!

Happy Independance Day!

I like this holiday too.

I have to tell you that Matt did a "tackle it Tuesday" job for me, except that it was Saturday night. So call it what you will. Wanna know what he did for me?! He pulled out the oven from the wall and cleaned the Na-Na-Na-NASTY floor under the oven, the wall behind the oven, the sides of the oven (you get my drift). You can only imagine what we saw behind/under there, being in a rental house and all. Let's just say, I couldn't have done it. He's a bigger man than I. I would have dry heaved and then eventually thrown up (only contributing to the mess). I made him throw away the broom and the rag that he used to clean it. But, I can breathe a little easier now, knowing that it's clean under there -- since we're battling ants and all. YUCK. Is he the man of my dreams, or what? (he's a hottie, too, Amber . . . heehee)
